Shipping & Returns

Shipment:
    Standard prodcut via web orders are processed and on stock avialability. Usually prodcut ships within in 10-15 days if not in stock.  

Delivery :
    Domestic shipping (USA) will use  the carrier of  United Parcel Service UPS. Tracking numbers are generated and forwarded to buyers via email upon request.
     International shipping time varies from country to country based on custom clearance and in country carriers.  West European countries, Australia, and East Coast of Canada, can be delivered as short as one week, or up to four weeks (seasonal).  Rural areas of Canada, Eastern Europe, Spain, Italy, Asia, Central and South America, and Africa shipping & delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Shipping to freight forwarders within the US is accepted. Once an product is shipped buyers are notified via email.

Warranty:
    If by chance the product does not meet specifications or fails prematurely then a one year  warranty is included with the purchase of most products (Peristaltic pumps and heads, Syringe pumps, Gear pumps, and OEM pumps. 60 days is offered for electrical interfaces and accessories. The warranty  protects our clients from defective parts and workmanship. Unfortunately damage due to misuse, mishandling ,alterations  are not covered and may void the warranty. Shipping and handling damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. 

Returns:
      In the event a return should be required, contact a company representative to assist you in problem solving. A product must be returned with a Langer Instrument with an issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). Two forms will be required to start the process. Return Atuhorzation form and a Certificate of Decontamiantion .

         Important : Items should be packed with at least the equivalent of the original packing method or material. We will promptly evaluate your product. Generally it could take 5-14 days to provide feedback to determine the cause of failure.
